Jet Solutions L.L.C. is one of the largest FAR Part 135 on-demand air carriers in the world. As a founding member of the Air Charter Safety Foundation, we continue to promote safety throughout the industry by actively participating on comittees that are engaged in industry development.
Jet Solutions is the first air carrier to be recognized as meeting the Air Charter Safety Foundation's Industry Audit Standard. We have in place a complete Safety Management System (SMS) that exceeds the FAA voluntary program. Jet Solutions systems, processes and extensive pilot training programs are often used to set industry standards. We are ARG/US platinum rated for both operations and safety standards.
Jet Solutions has operated over one million hours since establishment in 1995 with an unblemished safety record. We currently operate a fleet of nearly 100 business aircraft and each year we fly more than 32 million miles on the youngest private jet card fleet in the industry.
1991
AMR Corporation, the parent of American Airlines, consolidates multiple FAR Part 135 air carrier certificates into one under its AMR Combs division. They name it “AMR Combs Worldwide Flight Operations.”
1994
AMR Combs Worldwide Flight Operations grows into the second largest FAR Part 135 air carrier in the world.
1995
The US Department of Defense conducts audits of our Flight Operations, with outstanding results. The Company becomes known throughout the industry for its exceedingly compliant operating standards.
1995
Jet Solutions, LLC was formed as a partnership between AMR Combs and Bombardier Aerospace Corporation.
2002
Dennis Keith, a 40-year aviation veteran, purchases 51% of Jet Solutions. The company is brought up to ISO 9001 standards and registered as such. Jet Solutions is one of only a few in the industry that has been able to achieve this status. Jet Solutions is still known for its constant pursuit of perfection and its total dedication to safe operations.
2006
Jet Solutions launches Flexjet 25, its own Jet Card program. Our jet card delivers the ease and efficiency of business jet travel without the commitment.
2008
Jet Solutions implements its Safety Management System which is fully compliant with the FAA’s program guidance. Jet Solutions is one of only a few on-demand air carriers in the country to have this powerful safety program in place.
2009
Jet Solutions is named the first air carrier to be recognized as meeting the Air Charter Safety Foundation's Industry Audit Standard.

Dennis Keith
President and Owner of Jet Solutions, L.L.C., a Part 135 Air Carrier operating over 100 business jets in the charter market. Prior to Jet Solutions, Mr. Keith was with the Bombardier Aerospace Corporation's Flexjet division for seven years and served as President for five years managing a work force of more than 900 people. Prior to Flexjet he was with the Frito Lay corporate flight department for 26 years, where he served as a pilot/mechanic, Chief Pilot, and Director before joining Bombardier Aerospace. Mr. Keith is the founder of Keith Products and co-founder of Heads up Technologies where he helped design and develop multiple aircraft systems, which were certified through the supplemental type certificate process, and then sold to the aviation market. Mr. Keith is a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and the NBAA Associate Member Advisory Council. Mr. Keith is the current Chairman of the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) and a member of the Board of Governors for the Air Charter Safety Foundation. Mr. Keith served in the USAF for six years, providing maintenance services for military aircraft. In addition, he has worked with the FAA in rule-making activities and has served as an expert witness in aviation litigation. He is an A&P mechanic, airline transport pilot with multiple type ratings and over 8,500 hours of flight time, and co-author of the book “Federal Aviation Regulations Explained Parts 1, 21, 43, 65, 145 and 147.”

Christopher Page
Vice President and General Manager of Jet Solutions LLC. Mr. Page has been with Jet Solutions for 15 years. He is a 29-year aviation veteran and has served as Vice President of Quality Assurance, Chief Inspector for FAR Part 121/135 air carriers, as well as General Manager and Director of Maintenance for FAR Part 145 repair stations. In addition Mr. Page held the position of Director of Quality Assurance for AMR Combs “Worldwide Flight Operations,” a Part 135 air carrier. Currently Mr. Page is a member of the NATA “Air Charter Committee.”

W. Fred Turner
Vice President and Director of Operations for Jet Solutions L.L.C. Mr. Turner has over 30 years of commercial aviation experience and assumed the duties and responsibilities as Director of Operations in 2007, after serving as Chief Pilot for Jet Solutions since 2002. He began his aviation career in 1978 at Sowell Aviation, an industry recognized leader in FAR Part 141 flight training, and joined Sowell Aviation's training staff in 1980 as an instructor pilot. He was later promoted to the position of Assistant Chief Flight Instructor and later Director of Training. Mr. Turner joined Suburban Airlines (Allegheny) in 1988 as an instructor pilot. He held the positions of Manager of Training, Assistant Chief Pilot and Director of System Control before joining Midway Airlines as Director of Training in 2000.

Freddie Corley
Chief Pilot for Jet Solutions LLC. Captain Corley has been with Jet Solutions for over 10 years, and has over 17 years experience in the aviation industry, with an emphasis in Flight Standards. Captain Corley served as a Lead Check Airman in the Lear 40 / 45 fleets, and in addition to his Chief Pilot duties and responsibilities, holds the position of Lead Check Airman for the Challenger 604 / 605 fleets. Captain Corley worked closely with the FAA in the development and implementation of the aircraft Crew Flight Manuals and Flight Deck Handbooks which provide customized Checklist and operating procedurs for our corporate jets. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Captain Corley attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Sciences, where he attained all of his Licenses and Ratings.

Lauren Keith
Manager of Marketing and Sales for Jet Solutions L.L.C. Miss Keith serves as the primary interface with new customers and marketing partners. She supervises marketing communications and works to develop new programs offered by Jet Solutions. Miss Keith is a Texas Tech graduate with a BS in International Business and an MBA with a specialty in marketing. Prior to joining Jet Solutions Miss Keith worked for Perfect Jet Travel in both the marketing and sales departments.
